Mr. Mathis is currently attending nursing school at Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN, and is excited about graduating this year. Despite his college schedule, Nathan has been working with us off and on since 2021. He genuinely stated that the best part about his job is seeing the residents every day. Interacting with them and hearing their stories is what makes Nathan love his job so much.
“They share with me and especially the life advice they give out,” he said “because they have experienced so much in life and it’s so inspiring to sit down and have a conversation with them.”
