October – Resident Spotlight
Mrs. Virgina MeHaffey moved here from Lindale. She worked at Polk General Hospital for 20 years. She is a widow. They were married for 65 years and 1 month. She has two daughters. One daughter is a teacher in Columbia, South Carolina and the other daughter is a Pharmacist with the State of Georgia.
She is very blessed to have three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Her granddaughter is an internal medicine doctor, her grandson is a lawyer for Google, and her other grandson is in college to become a lawyer.
She has many hobbies such as reading, walking, trivia, and bingo. Virgina has traveled to 48 states over her lifetime.
