Are Riverwood Senior Living apartments furnished?
Apartments are unfurnished, allowing residents to personalize their space. Suggested items include toiletries, bedding, linens, and bath rugs; additionally, furniture such as a bed, recliner chair, rocker, sofa or loveseat, bookshelf, table and chairs, chest of drawers, wall hangings, television, nightstand, and telephone are suggested.
What meal services are available to Riverwood Senior Living residents?
Meals are served in the dining room or in the room during illness. Guests are welcome to join for meals—tickets can be purchased at the business office. Residents may also bring outside food, stored in labeled containers.
Is smoking permitted at Riverwood Senior Living?
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas to maintain a healthy environment for all.
Does Riverwood Senior Living provide transportation for residents?
Yes. Transportation is available for shopping, sightseeing, activities, and medical appointments. Residents should schedule transportation in advance with the receptionist.
